We keep your information safe by the use of encrypted data storage and secure payments methods that are offered inherently by the use of Wix as a website builder and online store. GoldChainCat uses a paid service through Wix specifically for these protections (to do with our customer's data) -especially when inputting payment information. Should there be any breach of privacy and/or any leak of private information- we will take swift action to inform you straight away such that you can take any necessary precautionary measures.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Limitation of Liability; Non-Excludable Rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tabbylit and its affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of life, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, loss or corruption of data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the purchase, sale, delivery, use, misuse, or inability to use any product or services, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, equity, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Tabbylit arising out of or relating to any claim, product, service, order, or transaction will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Tabbylit for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause or in this Agreement excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee, condition, or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law, including any non-excludable rights under consumer protection legislation. Where any such law permits liability to be limited but not excluded, Tabbylit's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
If you are acquiring goods or services for business purposes, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any consumer protection legislation that would otherwise apply to this Agreement is excluded.
The exclusions and limitations in this clause apply regardless of the form of action and survive termination or expiry of this Agreement.

1) Our cat collars are sold at a maximum length of 11 inches (27.5cm) so, if requesting a custom length, it must be shorter than that.
2) Our cat collars are not intended for use on the end of a leash, they are intended to allow your cat to be able to free itself, therefore should not be used as a restraint. While our collars do offer a safety feature, we in no way make any guarantees as to the safety of your cat (that is your responsibility and liability) nor can we make any guarantees as to your cat's ability to free itself should it need to do so while wearing our collar.
3) The product you receive may differ from what is shown on screen- in colour, or link-shape, or exact size, dependent on screen variants, current stock, or the shown image not being to scale. All measurements are approximated subject to link-length and human error. If the measurements are disparate beyond what is considered reasonable, we will do our best to accommodate you and find a solution in correcting this.
4) The product may have some minor damage to the finish as a result of tooling during fabrication, we do not offer returns for this because it is largely unavoidable.
Customer Waiver:
Upon completion of purchase you agree not to seek any damages from GoldChainCat, Tabbylit Ltd., it's employees, shareholders or any associated company or business as a result of your use or misuse of any of our products, nor for any other litigious reasoning.
